Volkswagen x USA Soccer Team AR Experience
For the Volkswagen ID.4 vehicle national tour, we created an interactive WebAR experience that animated static player illustrations directly off multiple custom-wrapped vehicles.
Creative Direction & Animation
As Creative Director and Lead Motion Designer, I helped translate the flat vehicle graphics into high-energy, action-packed AR animations that burst off the car's panels. As well as worked with the developers to craft the UX and optimized assets for this mobile experience.
UI/UX
We designed the frictionless, zero-install WebAR user flow—instantly guiding the user from a physical QR scan to live camera tracking, ensuring a fast, intuitive onboarding experience.
The UI/UX below shows the final physical-to-digital activation and how the player animations leap off the vehicle in real-time.
