AT&T Playmaker Mobile Games

The AT&T Playmaker Games delivered a cutting-edge fan experience across NFL and NBA events by leveraging advanced volumetric scanning to bridge the physical and digital worlds. The on-site activation volumetrically scanned attendees in real time, placing them directly into the gameplay as digitized athletes and generating a personalized, high-impact cinematic video takeaway of their performance.

Art Direction & Environment

Serving as Art Director, I guided cross-functional teams of artists and developers to construct both gaming environments while personally executing the end-to-end UI/UX and layout animatics. I directed the overall visual identity, asset styling, and spatial aesthetics for the stadium and court environments, working with the executive creative director, CG supervisor, and developers to ensure high-fidelity, brand-consistent gameplay execution.

UI/UX

Working with junior product designers, we streamlined what became to be a frictionless volumetric scanning check-in, real-time gameplay interface, and the final mobile video delivery pipeline.

In AT&T Dribble Dash, the gameplay involved a race to the finish, featuring boosts and themed obstacles designed to replicate core football training drills.

Storyboard & Layout

I managed the creative process by detailing every user touchpoint. This involved meticulously storyboarding the cinematic takeaway to maximize emotional impact, while simultaneously formalizing the project's art direction and designing the intuitive UI/UX for the game. This hands-on, end-to-end approach guaranteed that the final product was visually polished and functionally unified.

Animatic & Camera Animation

I was responsible for designing the single-player and multiplayer cinematic takeaways. This involved defining the exact camera layout and shot sequence used by the animators and compositors for the final output.
